Historical Design Archive
Previous design narratives, physical-board diagnostics and learning notes retained for traceability.
These pages preserve earlier reasoning and physical-board history. They may describe superseded parts, the combined-board layout, untested estimates or previous split-board states. Use the current architecture and component catalog for renewed work.
Old URLs remain because component evidence and bench records cite them. An archived design statement does not override an exact current component record or schematic spec.
| Collection | Use |
|---|---|
| Previous design | Earlier board descriptions, BOM and mechanical assumptions |
| Diagnosis and decisions | Failure investigations, as-built audits and decision records |
| Learning notes | Background; verify parts and calculations before reuse |
| Legacy resources | Retained links from the earlier site |
Current mechanical files
The printed-accessory index describes the current adhesive leg. The current board uses screw terminals and a plain left edge, with no printed connector guard. Only the latest renewal CAD, printed parts and prototype outputs are maintained. This knowledge archive keeps useful design reasoning, instructions and evidence from actual earlier orders; it is not a collection of renewal CAD backups or released products.
Useful retained procedures
NVM programming: confirm actual pads and voltage domains.
v0.4.0 diagnosis: applies to old physical boards.
Versioning: X.Y.Z retains the PCBA-order counter in Y.
Earlier rail bench tests: historical regulator-stage procedure.
Use Renewal Prototype Bring-Up for current hardware.
